When we asked him why he is so passionate about feeding the poor Nigerians and how he got funds for it, Olu Micheals, said “God won’t make us go hungry. It’s just that I thought of my past and whenever I see people hungry, I will rather borrow to feed or help them. I had nothing growing up untill when I was over 30 years old. I don’t have any foundation and I am not sure if I will still have one in future. I am not a politician neither did I do this because of my political ambition in future. We have been to over 20 communities in Lagos State and then we focused on Ogun state, Ekiti state and Oyo state. All were  shared on Tuesday. In the morning, we go to different locations to share raw food and in the evening by 6pm, we go round to share food stuff for the Muslims who are fasting. Only God sponsored the programme not humans”,he said.  For your information, Olu Micheals has produced series of blockbuster movies such as  Tafa Onimoto, Like Mother Like Son, Homicide , Elemuga, Akaba, The Messenger , Trust and Aloyin Lohun which will be released soon.
